2.1 EFFLINK may require real-name authentication and additional identity verification for certain services.

2.2 Ensure your account information is accurate and up-to-date. Incorrect information may result in account suspension or service issues.

2.3 Keep your account credentials secure. EFFLINK is not liable for losses due to unauthorized access prior to notification.

2.4 A legal entity may have multiple EFFLINK accounts, but each account is linked to a single legal entity.

2.5 EFFLINK reserves the right to manage multiple accounts owned by the same entity under certain conditions.

2.6 Account names must not violate laws or regulations.

2.7 Government authorities may request inspection or modification of disclosed information.

2.8 EFFLINK may comply with legal requests to access or freeze user accounts and information.

3. Service Fees

3.1 Service fees are paid in advance, and all transactions are considered final.

3.2 Fees vary by service type, as displayed on the website.

3.3 Maintain sufficient account balance to avoid service interruptions.

3.4 EFFLINK may change fee standards with prior notice.

3.5 Users must provide accurate billing information for invoicing.

3.6 Invoices are sent via mail or electronically, as applicable.

3.7 Refunds require the return of original invoices.

3.8 Unpaid fees may incur late charges, and EFFLINK may seek legal remedies.

4. Rights and Obligations

4.3 Users must not use EFFLINK services to publish prohibited content.

4.4 Users can participate in activities and access services per this Agreement.

4.5 User privacy information is kept confidential.

4.6 Users must report any security issues immediately.

4.7 EFFLINK may send notifications via various communication methods.

4.8 Users must not lend accounts to others.

4.9 EFFLINK may verify user information for security purposes.

4.10 EFFLINK may delegate obligations to third parties without affecting service quality.

4.11 Users must pay service fees even if services are discontinued.

4.12 Refunds are not accepted unless due to specific service issues.

5. Legal Declaration and Disclaimer

5.1 Ownership of Rights

5.1.1 EFFLINK's logos and trademarks are protected and cannot be used without authorization.

5.1.2 Intellectual property rights of EFFLINK's products and services are owned by EFFLINK.

5.1.3 Content on the website is protected and cannot be used without permission.

5.1.4 EFFLINK respects intellectual property rights and addresses infringement claims.

5.2 Disclaimer

5.2.1 EFFLINK may change or terminate services due to operational needs or regulatory changes.

7. Dispute Resolution and Application of Law

7.1 This Agreement is governed by the laws of Vietnam.

7.2 Disputes are resolved through negotiation or in Hong Kong courts.

7.3 Users may file complaints per the website's procedures.
